Key Responsibilities
- Assist Concrete Finishers in all aspects of concrete placement, finishing, and curing.
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, leveling, and digging trenches as required.
- Help set up and dismantle concrete forms, ensuring proper alignment and bracing.
- Load, unload, and transport concrete materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various tools and machinery.
- Operate hand and power tools such as shovels, rakes, screeds, trowels, and vibrators.
- Assist with the application of curing compounds and other surface treatments.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas daily.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Support the team in problem-solving and ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Perform other general labour duties as assigned to maintain project flow.
