Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor confectionery production machinery, including mixers, depositors, and ovens, ensuring efficient and safe functioning.
- Perform quality checks on products at various stages of production to ensure adherence to company standards and specifications.
- Assist with the preparation of raw ingredients, including measuring, mixing, and loading according to recipes.
- Package finished confectionery products accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to food safety (HACCP, GMP) and sanitation guidelines.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, product discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly to supervision.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and maintain focus.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading instructions and performing simple calculations.
