Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of conference rooms and event spaces, including tables, chairs, staging, and décor.
- Support the technical team in setting up and testing audio-visual equipment, such as projectors, microphones, and sound systems.
- Transport equipment and materials to and from event locations, ensuring safe handling and timely delivery.
- Organize and maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment, reporting any damages or shortages.
- Provide on-site support during events, assisting attendees and staff as needed.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of event equipment and spaces post-event.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during setup and breakdown operations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and event managers to ensure smooth event execution.
- Be flexible with work hours, as event schedules may require evening or weekend availability.
