Key Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians, etc.) with various tasks on construction sites.
  • Learn and apply safe work practices and procedures, adhering to all company and OSHA regulations.
  • Help with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials.
  • Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, digging, carrying materials, and operating basic hand and power tools.
  • Support the loading and unloading of construction materials and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools are properly stored and areas are free of hazards.
  • Observe and learn proper techniques for construction methods, tool usage, and material handling.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other site personnel.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and challenges as part of a dynamic construction team.

Required Skills

  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and safely.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform strenuous tasks.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Loveland area.
  • Basic understanding of safety principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience with manual labor or outdoor work.
