Key Responsibilities
- Perform rough cleaning of construction sites, including removal of debris, trash, and waste materials.
- Conduct thorough final cleaning, which involves dusting, wiping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing all surfaces.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment.
- Scrub, strip, wax, and buff floors as required, ensuring they are spotless and safe.
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively (e.g., floor buffers, power washers, vacuum cleaners).
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies on construction sites.
- Report any maintenance needs, safety hazards, or damaged items to the supervisor.
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with other construction teams to meet project deadlines.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in construction cleaning or industrial cleaning.
