Key Responsibilities
- Perform general site cleanup, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming construction areas.
- Remove and dispose of construction debris, waste materials, and hazardous substances in designated bins or areas.
- Organize and stack construction materials, tools, and equipment neatly on-site.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials as required.
- Operate basic cleaning equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all pathways, access routes, and exits are clear and free from obstructions.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members regarding cleanup progress or potential hazards.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment to prevent accidents and promote efficiency.
- Assist other trades with basic tasks as directed by the site supervisor.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
