Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., bricklayers, carpenters, electricians) with their tasks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up equipment.
- Load and unload materials, including tools, equipment, and building supplies.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including tidying up after tasks and disposing of waste properly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies diligently.
- Perform physical labour such as lifting, carrying, digging, and other manual tasks as required.
- Support the team in ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to high quality standards.
