Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., bricklayers, carpenters, electricians) with their daily tasks.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up temporary structures.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Dig trenches, compact earth, and perform other manual excavation tasks.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and site-specific procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure site safety.
- Assist with the mixing and pouring of concrete, and other construction materials.
