We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager specializing in commercial ventures to join our dedicated team. As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will be the linchpin of our project execution, responsible for strategic planning, detailed scheduling, cost control, and managing critical client and stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from initial bid through to project close-out.
- Develop, implement, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Lead and mentor project teams, including superintendents, foremen, and administrative staff, promoting a culture of safety and high performance.
- Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Hiring.zycto.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks and delays.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, environmental, and quality control standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present regular project reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage project change orders, RFI's, and submittals efficiently.
- Oversee financial aspects of projects, including billing, cost analysis, and revenue recognition.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects valued at $5M+ from conception to completion.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore,或其他 industry-standard software).
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and relevant building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in budget management, cost control, and financial reporting.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification or equivalent.

- PMP certification or equivalent professional designation.
- LEED AP or Green Associate accreditation.
- Experience with design-build and complex mixed-use commercial projects.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
