Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of complex construction projects from initiation to closeout.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to financial and time constraints.
- Coordinate and oversee project teams, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient resource allocation and performance.
- Implement robust risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project issues and maintain continuity.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and building regulations and quality standards.
- Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and relationships, including public and private entities, fostering collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and present updates to senior management and clients regularly.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, building codes, and legal regulations.
