Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive video content strategies aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Manage the entire video production lifecycle, including concept development, scriptwriting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, motion graphics, and sound design.
- Produce a wide range of video content, including promotional videos, explainers, social media clips, interviews, and short-form documentaries.
- Oversee and manage social media content calendars, scheduling, and publishing across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, design, client services) to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns.
- Stay abreast of the latest video production techniques, social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure all produced content adheres to legal, ethical, and brand compliance standards.
- Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring its functionality and readiness for production.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies
- Demonstrable experience in concept development, scriptwriting, and storytelling
- Hands-on experience with camera operation, lighting, and audio recording
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
