Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise, plan, and execute engaging video and social media content from start to finish.
- Operate professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.
- Edit video footage using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) to create compelling narratives.
- Develop and animate motion graphics, lower thirds, and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Script compelling narratives and storyboards for various video formats.
- Manage and maintain video and audio equipment, ensuring readiness for shoots.
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and content best practices to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and achieve campaign objectives.
- Optimise content for different social media platforms and audience segments.
- Analyse content performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage content archives and ensure proper asset management.
- Assist with live stream production and event coverage when required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in video production, editing, and post-production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and their content requirements.
- Excellent storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Demonstrable experience with camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.
