Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, formatting, and uploading of various content types (articles, blog posts, images, videos) to content management systems (CMS).
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and editing to ensure accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and adherence to brand style guides.
  • Support the content team in scheduling publications and managing content calendars.
  • Organize and maintain digital assets, ensuring proper tagging and categorization.
  • Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to optimize content for search engines (SEO basics will be taught).
  • Perform quality assurance checks on published content across different platforms and devices.
  • Monitor published content for errors or broken links and proactively address issues.
  • Assist with basic data entry and reporting related to content performance.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in digital publishing.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
