Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our dedicated team in York, Maine. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Design, develop, and update engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and job aids.
- Deliver and facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and courses to employees at all levels, both in-person and virtually.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads, HR, and subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
- Stay current with adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and industry training trends and technologies.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and ensure skill application.
- Manage the training calendar, scheduling, and logistical coordination for all training initiatives.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or in a similar role.
- Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills.
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Ability to adapt training methods and materials to suit diverse audiences and learning styles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD, CPLP).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
