Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including schedules, briefs, and digital assets.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key decisions and action items.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication between creative teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Help track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
  • Support with administrative tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation.
  • Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning for various creative tasks.
  • Conduct research as needed to support creative briefs and project strategies.
