Job Description

Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Creative Support Assistant to join our vibrant team in Mount Pleasant, Vancouver. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the creative team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, and project documentation, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring all files are properly tagged, stored, and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for creative materials, printing, and other services, managing timelines and budgets.
  • Perform basic content updates and minor design adjustments using design software under supervision.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation for the creative department.
  • Monitor office supplies and creative materials inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure continuous operation.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to creative projects, directing them to the appropriate team members.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Basic understanding of graphic design principles and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
  • Previous administrative or support experience in a creative agency or marketing department
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira)
