Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty across all touchpoints.
  • Manage, configure, and optimize leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and integrated marketing automation tools.
  • Design, implement, and analyze targeted email marketing campaigns, segmentation strategies, and personalized customer journeys.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing and multivariate experiments to continuously optimize campaign performance and user engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key CRM metrics, campaign ROI, customer lifetime value (CLTV), and overall customer health.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive customer experience.
  • Identify and implement best practices for data hygiene, customer segmentation, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Stay abreast of CRM industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing customer touchpoints and improving overall customer satisfaction and advocacy.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRM management, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle strategy.
  • Proficiency with leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Solid understanding of customer segmentation strategies, lead nurturing, and retention methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote team environment, managing time and priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
  • Certifications in major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification).
  • Experience with SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or advanced analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and optimization tools for continuous improvement.
  • Prior experience in a B2B SaaS or technology-focused industry is highly desirable.
