Job Description

This role is paramount to enhancing customer relationships and optimizing our CRM ecosystem at Hiring.zycto. As a CRM Specialist – Customer Systems, you will be at the forefront of managing, developing, and evolving our critical customer relationship management platforms. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on configuration, data integrity management, system integration support, and providing expert insights to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring optimal functionality and data integrity.
  • Configure CRM systems to meet evolving business requirements, including custom fields, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user permissions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to identify system improvements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Provide front-line support and training to CRM users, troubleshooting issues and promoting best practices for system utilization.
  • Monitor CRM system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure seamless operation.
  • Assist with data migration, data cleansing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Support CRM integration projects with other business applications (e.g., ERP, marketing automation tools) to enhance data flow and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably in an administration or specialist role.
  • Proven proficiency with at least one major CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and system configuration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in data quality management and ensuring data accuracy within CRM.
  • Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • CRM Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot Administrator).
  • Experience with system integrations and API functionalities.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of SQL or other database query languages for data analysis.
