Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a similar field.
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and navigate stairs regularly.
- Adaptability and resilience to living and working at sea for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working on a cruise ship or in a luxury hotel environment.
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German, Italian, Mandarin).
