Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of various cultural programs and events.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for events, including venue booking, equipment setup, and artist liaison.
- Support the marketing and promotion of cultural initiatives through various channels, including social media and local outreach.
- Manage event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Engage with community members, artists, and partners to foster collaborative relationships.
- Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for cultural projects.
- Gather and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate program success.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of program activities, participants, and resources.
