Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products, services, and account features.
- Assist customers with transactional requests, account maintenance, and online banking support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to appropriate internal departments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on new products, services, and system enhancements.
