Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare preliminary reports and presentations summarizing customer insights and recommending actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and their impact on the customer journey.
  • Help maintain and update customer experience dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Document customer journey maps and process flows to identify areas for optimization.
  • Conduct basic competitor analysis to benchmark our customer experience practices.
  • Learn and apply best practices in customer experience management and data analytics.
