Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and categorize incoming customer feedback from various sources (e.g., surveys, emails, social media, call notes).
- Perform precise data entry of feedback details into designated internal systems with high speed and accuracy.
- Identify and flag critical or urgent feedback for immediate escalation to relevant departments or management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy regulations and company policies.

Required Skills
