Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and identifying at-risk accounts through data analysis.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback efficiently and professionally across various communication channels (email, phone, chat).
  • Support the development and execution of customer retention strategies and engagement programs.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Proactively reach out to customers for check-ins, feedback collection, and to highlight new features or services.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve retention skills and product knowledge.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
