Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to best assist customers.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving individual and departmental KPIs.
- Provide constructive feedback on customer trends to improve overall service quality.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism.
