Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related problems.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Educate customers on product features and service offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service role (1 year minimum).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening and empathy skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and general office applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar customer service platforms.
  • Prior experience in a call center or high-volume customer interaction environment.

  • Post-secondary education or relevant certifications.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
