Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Efficiently answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing information when appropriate.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and packages accurately.
  • Maintain office security by following established procedures and monitoring visitor access.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, updating calendars, and coordinating meeting logistics.
  • Order and maintain inventory of front office supplies, ensuring availability for daily operations.
  • Perform various clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Provide basic information and support to clients and internal staff in person, via phone, and email.
  • Handle customer inquiries and minor issues with professionalism, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.
