Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a dedicated portfolio of B2B clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Drive successful client onboarding, product adoption, and value realization through proactive engagement and strategic guidance.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to assess client progress, present performance metrics, and identify opportunities for increased product utilization and expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor client health, identify potential churn risks, and develop strategies to mitigate issues and ensure client retention.
- Act as a client advocate, gathering feedback and translating it into actionable insights for product development and service improvements.
- Educate clients on new features, best practices, and industry trends to help them maximize their investment in our solutions.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Customer Success processes, playbooks, and best practices within a remote-first environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, from onboarding to retention and expansion.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to manage a demanding workload and prioritize effectively in a remote work setting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
