Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring a smooth transition and follow-up.
  • Educate customers on product features, best practices, and self-service options to enhance their overall experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer support processes and product knowledge.
  • Actively contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication and mutual support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product changes and support best practices.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest improvements to our products and services.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and general computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
