Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support with daily living activities, including personal care (washing, dressing), meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Assist with household tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
  • Support service users to engage in community activities, hobbies, and appointments.
  • Encourage independence and promote choice in all aspects of daily life.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support provided and any observations.
  • Communicate effectively with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Report any concerns regarding the well-being or safety of service users promptly.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and respectful relationship.
