Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and process raw data from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and optimization of dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable analyses.
  • Document data sources, methodologies, analytical processes, and findings clearly and concisely for future reference.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives by preparing data sets, analyzing results, and reporting on key metrics.
  • Contribute to data-driven storytelling by visualizing complex data in an accessible and impactful manner.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing improvements in data collection and analysis best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation (e.g., SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY).
  • Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment with self-discipline.
  • Foundational understanding of statistical concepts and their application in data analysis.
