Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and insights that drive strategic recommendations for various business units.
- Develop and implement statistical models for forecasting future trends, including sales, customer behavior, and market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define data definitions, and ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into a usable format for analysis, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels, translating complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support urgent business needs and strategic initiatives.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve data collection processes, reporting automation, and analytical methodologies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with at least one major BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Qlik Sense) for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and experience with forecasting techniques.
- Demonstrable experience with Python or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and scripting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
