Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data reports and interactive dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of performance fluctuations, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement forecasting models (e.g., time series analysis, regression) to predict future outcomes for various business scenarios, such as demand, resource allocation, or market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, Sales) to understand their data needs and translate business questions into analytical requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance checks.
- Present complex analytical findings and insights clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences, utilizing strong communication and visualization skills.
- Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Demonstrable experience with statistical analysis and forecasting techniques (e.g., regression, time series analysis, machine learning basics).
