Key Responsibilities

- Organize and file digital documents and records after data entry is complete.
- Generate reports and summaries as needed, based on entered data.

- Ensure timely completion of all data entry tasks and projects, adhering to deadlines.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data recovery in case of system failure.
- Assist with data cleanup and reconciliation projects as required.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors quickly and effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
