Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Processor to join our administrative team in Sandiacre, Nottingham. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update data into various company databases and systems, ensuring all entries are correct and consistent.
  • Verify data against source documents to identify and correct errors, maintaining a high level of data integrity.
  • Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring documents are easily retrievable and securely stored.
  • Generate reports, summaries, and other documents as required, extracting relevant information from databases.
  • Assist with general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, archiving, and mail handling.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies and gather missing information.
  • Adhere strictly to data protection regulations and company policies regarding information handling.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in data entry and clerical administration
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM

Preferred Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field
