Key Responsibilities
- Assist delivery drivers with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods at the warehouse and various retail locations.
- Verify product quantities and ensure accuracy against delivery manifests.
- Support drivers in route planning and navigation to optimize delivery schedules.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, interacting professionally with retail staff.
- Communicate any delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies to the appropriate team members promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and road regulations.
- Safely handle and secure various types of merchandise to prevent damage during transit.
- Perform routine checks on vehicle conditions and report any maintenance needs.
