Key Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with the loading and unloading of various packages and items from delivery vehicles.
- Carefully handle packages to prevent damage during transit and delivery.
- Organize and sort packages within the vehicle to ensure efficient delivery routes.
- Navigate streets and locate addresses efficiently alongside the driver.
- Deliver packages directly to customer doors, ensuring accuracy and courtesy.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines for handling goods.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with recipients.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and dispatch regarding delivery status or issues.
