Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in on-site training programs covering demolition techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
- Assist in the safe and efficient demolition of various structures (residential, commercial, industrial) according to project plans and under supervision.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools common to demolition work (e.g., sledgehammers, jackhammers, saws) following strict safety guidelines.
- Perform essential site clean-up, including debris removal, sorting materials for recycling or disposal, and maintaining order.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, industry regulations, and environmental guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other site personnel to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.
- Help set up and dismantle safety barriers, scaffolding, and temporary structures as required for various demolition phases.
- Regularly inspect tools and equipment for proper functioning and report any defects or maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area throughout all project stages.

- OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- First Aid and CPR certification.
