Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, managing the dental practice's calendar efficiently.
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Verify patient insurance information and assist with financial arrangements.
  • Process patient payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and manage patient charts, ensuring all documentation is complete and current.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
  • Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Handle patient registration forms and update electronic health records (EHR).
  • Address patient concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Follow up on no-shows and cancellations to reschedule appointments.
  • Order and maintain office supplies as needed.

Required Skills
