Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of departmental staff, including performance reviews and training initiatives.

- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and ensuring accurate product presentation.

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines within the department.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive leadership or management experience in a retail, operations, or similar environment.
