Key Responsibilities

- Prepare dialysis machines, solutions, and equipment according to established protocols.
- Monitor patients throughout their dialysis treatment, including vital signs and machine parameters.
- Provide direct patient support, ensuring comfort and addressing concerns during treatment.
- Document patient information, treatment details, and any observed changes accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area, adhering to infection control guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Troubleshoot basic machine alarms and issues under supervision.
- Assist with patient admission, discharge, and transport as required.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
