Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare dialysis machines, solutions, and equipment according to established protocols.
  • Monitor patients throughout their dialysis treatment, including vital signs and machine parameters.
  • Provide direct patient support, ensuring comfort and addressing concerns during treatment.
  • Document patient information, treatment details, and any observed changes accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area, adhering to infection control guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Troubleshoot basic machine alarms and issues under supervision.
  • Assist with patient admission, discharge, and transport as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new medical technologies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated empathy and compassion for patients.
