You will work closely with our Senior Digital Strategists and Account Managers, contributing significantly to campaign planning, execution, and reporting. We’re looking for someone who thrives on the challenge of improving campaign efficiency, enhancing ad creative performance, and staying ahead of the curve in a constantly evolving digital landscape. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on management of Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and potentially other emerging platforms, handling budgets, conducting A/B testing, and refining audience targeting to maximise impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and potentially TikTok/LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance, identifying trends and recommending strategic adjustments to improve KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR).
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend allocation and performance across all channels.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing page strategies.
- Set up tracking and conversion pixels, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
- Generate comprehensive performance reports, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid digital advertising.
- Participate in client meetings and internal strategy sessions, contributing ideas and updates on campaign progress.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns (PPC and Paid Social).
- Proven proficiency with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimisation principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Measurement).
- Experience with other paid advertising platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads).
- Previous experience working within a marketing agency setting.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising or SEO basics.
