Job Description

Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our growing team as a Digital Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via digital channels (chat, email, social media, helpdesk tickets) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing clear and concise solutions.
  • Educate customers on product features, services, and best practices.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, sales, product development) to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and report recurring customer issues or trends to improve product and service offerings.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive for first-contact resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of self-help resources and FAQs.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a digital or remote capacity.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools (e.g., live chat platforms, email support systems, social media management tools).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new software applications.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, HubSpot Service Hub).
  • Familiarity with digital products or services, especially in the technology sector.
  • Bilingualism (e.g., French/English) is an asset.
  • Previous experience working for a tech-driven company.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
