As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Your expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) will be crucial for improving our organic search rankings, increasing visibility, and attracting high-quality inbound traffic. This includes conducting thorough keyword research, optimizing website content and technical elements, building high-quality backlinks, and staying abreast of the latest algorithm updates to ensure our strategies remain effective and compliant.
Beyond organic growth, you will expertly manage and optimize our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns. From crafting compelling ad copy and selecting precise targeting parameters to monitoring performance metrics and meticulously adjusting bids, your efforts will ensure maximum ROI for our advertising spend. You’ll be comfortable working with platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, continuously seeking opportunities to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms to maximize ROI.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, search rankings, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy and budget planning.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical).
- Demonstrable experience managing successful PPC campaigns (Google Ads certified preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO/PPC tools.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
