Key Responsibilities
- Assist in scheduling and publishing content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.) using designated tools.
- Support the creation and curation of engaging digital content, including image selection, basic graphic design, and copywriting edits.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, comments, and messages, responding appropriately or escalating inquiries as necessary.
- Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital tools or platforms to inform strategy.
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring all files are properly tagged, categorized, and easily accessible.
- Assist with email marketing campaign setup, list segmentation, deployment, and performance tracking using our CRM/marketing automation platform.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas, content strategies, and digital initiatives.
- Learn and apply best practices in SEO, SEM, and content marketing under guidance from senior team members.
