Key Responsibilities
- Set up dining areas, including arranging tables, chairs, and place settings according to established standards.
- Clear tables efficiently and discreetly, removing used dishes, glassware, and cutlery.
- Assist with washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, and utensils as needed, ensuring a steady supply for service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the dining room, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces regularly.
- Restock all necessary supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and silverware, throughout service.
- Assist servers and other dining staff with guest requests, such as refilling water glasses or delivering bread baskets.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service and timely delivery of food.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
- Provide a friendly and professional demeanor, contributing to a positive guest experience.
- Support special events and private dining functions as required.
