You will lead a dedicated team, inspiring them to achieve ambitious goals in policy reform, community engagement, and strategic communications. This role demands a unique blend of political acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the non-profit landscape. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive advocacy strategies aligned with organizational goals and mission.
- Lead and mentor a team of advocacy professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with government officials, policymakers, partner organizations, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough policy research and analysis, preparing briefs, reports, and presentations on critical issues.
- Represent the organization in public forums, media engagements, and legislative meetings to advance advocacy priorities.
- Monitor legislative developments and policy changes, identifying opportunities and threats to the organization's mission.
- Develop and manage the advocacy budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
