Job Description

Hiring.zycto is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Director of Business Development to spearhead our growth initiatives remotely from the Thistletown, Toronto area. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.

  • Lead complex contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and untapped opportunities within the recruitment technology space.

  • Represent Hiring.zycto at industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business development or strategic sales, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or recruitment solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a strong understanding of complex sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with experience in market analysis and competitive intelligence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
