Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee Hiring.zycto's global CSR strategy and programs.
- Ensure CSR initiatives are aligned with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and international best practices (e.g., UN SDGs, GRI).
- Lead environmental sustainability efforts, including carbon footprint reduction, resource efficiency, and waste management strategies.
- Champion social initiatives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, labor practices, and community engagement.
- Oversee ethical governance frameworks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, communication, and reporting on CSR performance and progress.
- Develop and manage the CSR budget, identifying opportunities for impactful investment and resource optimization.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to measure the effectiveness and impact of CSR programs.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulations, and best practices in corporate social responsibility and sustainability.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Legal, HR, Marketing, Operations) to embed CSR principles across the organization.
