Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives and growth targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end online customer journey, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and user-friendly experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage and optimize all e-commerce platforms, including website functionality, payment gateways, and integrations with other business systems.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate programs, to drive traffic and conversion.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage product merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing e-commerce team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, IT, operations, and customer service teams to ensure integrated strategies and execution.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on e-commerce performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Required Skills
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in e-commerce leadership roles within the retail sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing e-commerce strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
- Expertise with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast sales, and analyze performance data to optimize campaigns.
